Refund policy

Important: Aura Co supplies sensitive research materials that require controlled storage and handling. Once products have been dispatched, we cannot verify how they have been stored or handled. Returned research materials cannot normally be placed back into saleable stock.

Returns are therefore not acceptable. 

Due to the sensitive biochemical nature of lyophilised peptide research materials and the strict safety and handling requirements involved, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

Cancellations before dispatch -

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered processing or been dispatched, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel it and issue a full refund.
